Theatre: Coming attractions

Fans of The Archers should be afraid. Very afraid. Just when you thought it was safe to go back into the theatre, along comes news of this year's panto at the New Victoria Theatre in Woking. Peter Pan will feature Russ Abbot giving his Captain Hook, but the horror doesn't end there. Who's playing Wendy? None other than Kellie Bright (centre)... aka Kate Aldridge. A question for Archers fans: when is she going to name that baby of hers? "Smile" has been suggested. Time for a petition, I feel.
