Game of Thrones season 7: Arya should go it alone, not reunite with the Starks, reckons Maisie Williams

'I don’t really want her to reunite with her family because I don’t think that they’re the same people anymore or that she’s the same person anymore'

We're heading into the final lap of Game of Thrones; with just 13 episodes left of the blockbuster series, Westeros is set to get a whole lot smaller.

As Daenerys' ships make sail to the shores of Westeros; a final, climactic collision between Stark, Targaryen, and Lannister looms in the distance like fiery stormclouds. It's all coming together, but it looks like Maisie Williams wants Arya to have absolutely none of it. Girl's got her own business going on, clearly.

As PEOPLE spoke to Williams, Liam Cunningham, and Lena Headey on their recent trip to a Syrian refugee camp (via Entertainment Weekly), the trio spoke about what they envisioned for their characters in the upcoming season 7.

"I’d love for her to be a bit of a lone ranger," Williams responded. "I’d love for her to be kind of like The Hound. I don’t really want her to reunite with her family because I don’t think that they’re the same people anymore or that she’s the same person anymore. I think she’s better off on her own. I’d love for her to be alive, actually, and be her own boss."

And what could she possibly aim her sights on, now that she's avenged the death of her mother? Cersei seems a pretty ambitiously tempting bet, with Headey confessing she hoped her character's end would result in a, "great death by Arya".

Big plans, all while Cunningham's simply hoping Ser Davos will actually survive the remaining episodes. "I don’t want a knife in the back," Cunningham said. "I don’t him blown up with wildfire. I don’t want to be poisoned. I think perhaps he would open a little flower shop somewhere, some begonias, tulips, and settle down with a lot of attractive women from Dorne, with lots of Dornish wine."

The trio of actors travelled with the International Rescue Committee, a non-profit organisation dedicated to aiding refugees, to visit families relocated to Greece. Game of Thrones season 7 has been delayed from its April 2017 release date; due to the fact "winter is here" and, well, the crew need to wait for winter to shoot.
