Love Island 2019: Curtis gives Amy brutal 'feedback' as they continue to discuss their 'break-up'

Love Island contestant Amy Hart has reportedly quit the reality dating show after suffering a heartbreak over ballroom dancer Curtis Pritchard.

According to The Sun, the former air stewardess told producers she did not wish to remain at the villa after splitting from Curtis, after learning that he had attempted to couple up with fellow contestant Jourdan.

He then admitted he had only gone back to Amy after being rejected by Jourdan.

Amy’s evident devastation at the situation, which came after she had confessed to having fallen in love with Curtis, prompted over 200 complaints to television watchdog Ofcom.

After dumping him, Amy then had to watch as he engaged in a new flirtation with Maura.

Reports suggest she was removed from the villa last week and given additional therapy from the show’s wellbeing team.

The Independent has contacted an ITV2 representative for confirmation.

Love Island continues tonight at 9pm
