Queer Eye season 2- trailer

The trailer for the second season of Netflix's hit series Queer Eye has been released, and it reveals that the show will feature its first female subject.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the reboot's first female client will be Tammye: a teacher and cancer survivor who is spearheading her church's homecoming.

"We have a really special treat, you guys - we’re doing a lady!" exclaims design expert Bobby Berk in the trailer.

Food and Wine expert Antoni Porowski says: "I haven’t done a lady in years," to which Berk quips, "Personally, I’ve never done a lady."

Along with Tammye and other clients, a transgender man named Skyler will also be one of the second season's subjects.

The two-minute trailer features the Fab Five - Berk, Porowski, Karamo Brown (Culture), Jonathan Van Ness (Grooming) and Tan France (Fashion) - reuniting to improve the overall lives of select individuals.

It debuts a remixed theme song from musician Betty Who with title cards: "Your best friends are back! Transforming more lives, giving you all the feels. I'm not crying. You're crying."

There also appear to be a handful of exciting moments like a surprise proposal and a comedy show.

The season two trailer ends on a comical moment where Tammye says she has to "spank" Van Ness.

Queer Eye's return was announced late last month with the synopsis: "This season, the Queer Eye Fab Five return to the Georgia heartland, forging connections with communities from a wide array of backgrounds and beliefs often contrary to their own, touching on everything from self-love and faith, to immigration and how to make the perfect homemade poke bowls and more!"

Season two of Queer Eye returns June 15 on Netflix.
