Blue Peter presenter John Leslie has ended his relationship with Catherine Zeta Jones; Reservoir Dogs will be shown on TV but has not been awarded a certificate for release on video; the episode of The Bill in which PC Martella was shot dead won the series its largest audience ever; after 11 years, the last episode of Cheers was recorded; Tom Jones is set to record a song with Beverly Hills 90210 stars Luke Perry and Jason Priestley, and the 'voice of the valleys' will also make a guest appearance in the show; Angus Deayton is unlikely to record any more episodes of Have I Got News for You after the present series; Rolf Harris has been invited to appear at the Reading rock festival.
