Games Review: Galaga Legions

Namco’s back catalogue of arcade classics is proving to be a rich hunting ground for contenders to be transformed into new download games.

Galaga Legions, a remake of the space shooter Galaga, is a retro gem that has been given a facelift and is everything a cut price shoot-’em-up should be: tricky, fast-paced and almost impossible to stop playing. While it doesn’t impress quite as much as its closest rival, Geometry Wars 2, it’s still very much worth a shot.
