The programme, week 1: Sarah Bedford
Sarah: My normal routine doesn't include exercise. I have a long commute to work and I'm busy renovating my house at weekends and in the evening, so it's hard to fit the gym into my schedule.
It's the same with diet; I'm just grabbing fast food. My goal is to find a feasible option for my hectic lifestyle. I used to have a routine and I remember how good it felt, so I want to get back to that. My nutritionist is basically teaching me how I should eat and I'm hoping to fit workouts in during the day. I'm concerned about dieting during Christmas, but I'll try to be more aware of what I'm eating.
