For the diet, I have to ration my carbohydrate intake and eat more protein. That's difficult as I'm a bit of a carbo queen. This morning, instead of cereal, I had an omelette with some vegetables. It feels strange and is a challenge in the kitchen, but if I can get to grips with my weight then I'll be delighted.
