Indyplus video: Competing is the answer, not boycott, says Britain's Olympic Association over Russian gay rights row
Prime Minister David Cameron has rejected a plea from broadcaster Stephen Fry to boycott the Winter Olympics in Russia in protest over its treatment of gay people.
The British Olympic Association says it would be "a far more powerful statement to go and compete" than to boycott the event. Watch video below:
