What are you wearing right now?

A silk maxi-dress by Maje with a studded Acne denim jacket (that I just cut the sleeves off) and gladiator sandals. Accessories-wise, I'm busting a plaited headband, an Annina Vogel charm necklace and tons of random bangles. I think I'm having a Stevie-Nicks-meets-the-Hell's-Angels moment!

Who's your style icon?

Mary-Kate Olsen is my favourite – I like pretty much everything she wears.

What can't you live without?

My ancient leather jacket, opaque black tights (I wear them with everything), my new Stella McCartney biker boots and my Scottie dog Pete.

Describe the best outfit you have ever worn

I hope I haven't had my best outfit yet! I have an Elizabeth and James dress that I wore for my birthday last year. It's a super mini-smock with long bell sleeves and is made totally of sequins. I don't do smart or sparkly though, so I wore it with biker boots.

What's in your wardrobe?

I have been told by more than one person that I possess an unhealthy amount of "pleather" leggings and baggy vests, and they may have a point. I also have a ton of black in there but, in my defence, the black is broken up by lots of stripes, sequins and ripped denim.

What is in your make-up bag?

I use MAC foundation, Touche Eclat, Nars blusher, YSL mascara and Chanel liquid eyeliner. Phew!

If you could live in any decade, style-wise which would it be?

The Seventies – hippies and glam rockers in the same era.

How often do you look in the mirror?

Probably more than I should, though I try to make it brief. I think that looking for too long or too closely is where the danger lies.
