Fashion Update: It's short and safe

The return of the miniskirt is welcomed by the British Safety Council, concerned that people should protect their backs when carrying things. It says: 'By wearing these new shorter skirts, women will have to bend their knees when carrying goods, to avoid showing their knickers.'
