Swedish label Acne opened its first stand-alone store in the British capital, a four-storey shopping destination in the heart of Mayfair.

Sardinia

Just in time for Sardinia's luxe-loving travelers to arrive, Miu Miu has opened a new boutique in the Italian seaside town, following its recent launches in Bologna and Forte dei Marmi. Limited-edition handbags and shoes will be exclusive to this store.

Moscow

Italian design label Moschino is now represented at the Vesna department store, making it its third outpost in the Russian capital.

US mass retailer Target - known for its high-fashion designer collaborations - has opened its first Manhattan outpost in the Big Apple's Spanish Harlem neighborhood.

Another store opening of note in New York this month couldn't be further away on the fashion spectrum: French luxe brand Lanvin has also launched a new boutique here.

Lanvin also just opened a store entirely dedicated to menswear in downtown Beirut.

And there's also something for those in between mass and high class: US casual label Rag & Bone has moved into Nolita's former Cafe Colonial.

The Lebanese capital is rivaling Dubai's position as the Middle East's luxury shopping haven, with Louis Vuitton being the most recent maison to set up shop.
