Celebrity chefs and cooking shows have helped make cooking one of today's most widely publicized topics, in response to this the Living Kitchen fair in Cologne Germany celebrates the role of cooking in daily life with an international exhibition of kitchenware, appliances and design.

On November 9 consumer appliance manufacturer Miele revealed some of the appliances and shows the company is intending to exhibit at the Living Kitchen fair.  One of the main themes of the Miele exhibition area at Living Kitchen will be that of 'clean air for the kitchen', as part of this theme the company will be exhibiting a number of energy efficient, environmentally friendly  cooking hoods including the DA 7000.

Other exhibitors at the fair include AGA Rangemaster from the United Kingdom, Acrysil Limited from India, ILVE SPA from Italy and WOLF appliances from the United States.

Prior to the Living Kitchen fair (January 18-23) the latest concepts in household appliances and design will also be exhibited at the Homex and Household exhibition in Hong Kong (December 24-27) and Top Drawer in the United Kingdom (January 16-18).
