Games Review: SimAnimals
Wii, DS, Electronic Arts £29.99-£39.99
Chock-full of woodland creatures and set in a
bucolic sandbox environment, SimAnimals
should be just the thing for animal-lovers looking
for some gentle entertainment. But instead it’s a
frustrating affair, thanks to duff graphics,
unforgivable glitches and patchy controls. Instead
of socialising with squirrels, players are more
likely to be damning their DS. The concept is
good and the animals cute, but poor execution
makes this more tragic than magic.
