Give your January fitness regime a shot in the arm with this camera-based exercise title.

Rather than relying on the Wiimote or additional straps, Your Shape projects your efforts on to your TV and will let you know if you're doing something wrong. A couple of words of warning, though – choose the colour of your workout gear carefully, as some shades don't provide enough contrast for the camera to pick up, and make sure you have enough space as you need to be about 5ft away from the camera and have room for lunges et al
