Two short clips of legendary comic book character Tintin's adventure
The Secret of the Unicorn have gone viral on YouTube attracting a over half-a-million views combined.
Tintin is the comic strip creation of Belgian artist Georges Rémi, better known as Hergé, from the early 1900s.
The series tell the story of a fearless young reporter, his faithful dog Snowy and their remarkable adventures around the world.
Since Hergé's creation, Tintin has proved popular with children and adults around the world: the series has been translated into over 80 languages and spawned a number of film and radio adaptations as well as merchandising.
Tintin's latest big screen incarnation The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn is a 3D performance capture film directed by Steven Spielberg and produced by Peter Jackson, who also produced the King Kong remake .
The film is not due out until December 2011, however an official trailer appeared on YouTube on May 17, and after being uploaded by two different users the clip has gone viral - twice.
