The WISH Summit 2010 is an inaugural ten-day event over two weeks taking place online with four sessions a day devoted to themes centered on women's health including sensuality, spirit, food, relationships, fitness, beauty, health, money, attitude and family. 15th Annual Brain Awareness Week (BAW)
BAW is a global campaign to promote brain research awareness, triumphs and inspire the next generation of neuroscientists through a week of celebration. World Tuberculosis (TB) Day
The global initiative to eliminate TB by 2015 hits the halfway mark this year and World Health Organization's StopTB campaign announced that this year's theme is innovation. Researchers from around the globe are sharing their stories on their blog to raise public awareness; contributions from Vietnam to Kenya are already being shared. World Health Day
This year’s World Health Day theme is "1000 cities, 1000 lives" and will highlight urbanization and health.
