Fitness game releases for the Xbox 360 Kinect

But the Xbox 360 Kinect is the only system that, for now, is totally hands-free, giving it an edge on the competition for fitness applications. Kinect's version of Your Shape: Fitness Evolved provides a mixture of soft and hard workouts, from yoga to boxing. Other titles to look for include the dance fitness game Zumba Fitness (versions also available for Wii and PlayStation 3) and the TV tie-in The Biggest Loser: Ultimate Workout.
