New social media feature enabled users to earn badges for achieving goals and to share their progress, custom recipes or exercises with their Lose It! friends - think of it as a social network for weight loss.
NikeWomen Training Club
NikeWomen Training Club is a training app that puts your own personal trainer in your pocket. Complete with 60 custom-built workouts, the app provides audio and visual guidance plus on-demand instructions from a Nike Pro Trainer. Users can choose from 30 or 45 minute full-body workouts or target specific areas of their body with the 15 minute workouts. There are also set-by-step instructions and videos that help you correctly complete each exercise.
Get motivated and stay fit with FitFu, an exercise tracking app that has its own social network. FitFu turns fitness into a fun game and reminds people who sit at their desk all day to get active.
