Fiat has launched a special air-conditioned version of the Tipo to attract hot and bothered summer motorists. The pounds 10,499 1.6 Liberty costs the same as a 1.6ie SX and features metallic paint and leather-rimmed steering wheel, in addition to air conditioning as standard.
