TomTom satnav devices will be used by insurers to monitor driver behaviour, the manufacturer has announced. Drivers who display "good behaviour" could have their premiums reduced.
The company expects thousands of motorists to take up the new product, called Fair Play, released in partnership with British insurers Motaquote. But analysts said they were "uncertain" about the business plan.
