Watch the signs warn Westminster

Westminster council has warned resident permit holders to read parking signs at 8.30am to check whether a new suspension system has been introduced. Restrictions introduced for emergency work could mean cars being clamped or towed away - even at weekends. Warning notices are yellow and fixed to normal parking signs.
