Newsbrief: Noisy protests

Haringey council received 23 complaints fromresidents about the noise from the fleadh, an annual Irish pop festival, in Finsbury Park at the weekend, which was attended by an estimated 22,000 people.

The concert is one of three similar events due to take place in the park this summer to raise pounds 180,000 for the borough.
