For Black Hole's contribution to the London International Mime Festival, performer Paka has taken time off from European circus theatre collective DNTT to collaborate with director Andy Lavender and Sarah Wright "on a journey to the centre of comic oblivion" at the Albany theatre. Paka and Lavender first worked together on last year's Samuel Beckett evening, Acts without Words. The Singularity promises more of the Irish writer's absurdity.
In association with Black Hole, The Independent has five pairs of tickets to offer for performances of The Singularity, between Tuesday 27 and Saturday 31 January. The first five readers to contact The Albany (0181-692 4446) each win a pair of tickets for the night of their choice next week (subject to availability).
