Benefits guide for pensioners

AGE CONCERN is publishing Your Rights 1993-4, a guide to money benefits for pensioners, on Monday, to coincide with the launch of Your Rights Week. The charity believes that a third of pensioners who are entitled to income support are not claiming it.
