Briefly: Fleming exchange

INVESTORS with holdings in TSB or Rolls-Royce can change their shares in those for shares in a Fleming Investment Trust this month, for a flat fee of pounds 7.50 per stake.

Families can combine their shares and pay one fee. There is a 1 per cent transaction charge on the purchase of the shares in one of the 14 Fleming trusts.
