Find out what drivers really think of Kia
Thursday 20 December 2012
We all know that if a friend recommends something then we’re more likely to consider it. If a couple of friends start to tell us about something then we'll definitely check it out and if all of our friends start talking about something then it's simply a must-have!
Thanks to the internet and the rise of online communities, long
gone are the days when we made purchasing decisions based on the
advice of a sales assistant, or waited for a journalist to review a
product in a magazine. Now we are just a couple of clicks away from
hearing what people, exactly like us, are saying about pretty much
everything from electrical goods to the latest new cars.
Brands now know that online is make or break. This is why Kia has recently partnered with Reevoo, an independent review site known for its impartial customer reviews. Independent Kia reviews that customers have been submitting since May 2012 (over 3,100 and counting) are collected by Reevoo and integrated directly into Kia's website. This means that prospective customers can get the lowdown from someone who has already bought a similar model.
What's more, because Reevoo is completely impartial, you can trust the reviews to tell you exactly what the cars are like. Reevoo came to prominence in 2005 with a six-point manifesto that guarantees that all of their reviews are genuine from verified purchases. This means that the only people to post on their site are those that can prove that they've bought the product. Moreover, because Reevoo is independent of the brands it appraises, you can be sure that you see ALL of the reviews. The Reevoo system is totally transparent, so if a manufacturer responds to criticism on the site, it is clearly labelled as such.
Visitors to the Kia UK website can now see what owners have to say about their experience of the particular model they are interested in. From the mid-sized Kia cee’d reviews to SUVs such as the Sportage and Sorento, buyers can now get impartial reviews of all models and filter these based on their specific requirements.
You get to learn about the whole Kia experience, from fuel economy, to road handling, to the brand's pioneering 7 year warranty. And when you find something you like, you can join the conversation, asking questions of fellow customers and engaging on fully integrated social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook. Word of mouth is a wonderful thing, especially when you know the exact words in everybody’s mouth. With Kia’s new deal with Reevoo, you can do just that!
Kia is the winner of the prestigious Which? ‘Best car manufacturer’ award, so whatever model you choose, you can be sure of both satisfaction and reliability. What's more, with the great range of new car offers that are currently available, your new Kia could be a lot more affordable than you think.
