Hamill of United Distillers is earmarked for finance director's role at Forte

Keith Hamill, 40, is joining Forte, the hotels and restaurant group, as its finance director designate in September. Mr Hamill, now finance director at United Distillers, part of the spirits division of Guinness, will succeed Donald Main, due to retire in 18 months' time.
