IMI to buy German valve firm for pounds 130m
IMI, the copper tube and plumbing fittings group, is to buy Heimeier, Germany's largest manufacturer of thermostatic radiator valves. The pounds 130m acquisition is to be part financed by a placing of shares to raise pounds 47m.
