Online gaming company Bwin.party has signed a deal with a native American tribe to offer online poker services in California ahead of an expected relaxation of internet gambling laws.
It has reached an agreement with the United Auburn Indian Community, a federally recognised tribe that runs a casino near the state capital Sacramento, to provide it with a technology platform and operational guidance for 10 years from when online poker services are launched.
