Capco signs Hk titans for Earls Court

Capital & Counties signed up Hong Kong's billionaire Kwok family as it took another step in its planned £8bn overhaul of Earls Court yesterday.

The company has been in talks for months to find a development partner to build some 800 flats worth £600m on the Seagrave Road site near the main exhibition centre in west London. Capco sold a 50 per cent share to the Kwoks' Sun Hung Kai Properties, in a deal that values the site at £131.2m.
