Mark Prisk, the minister for Business and Enterprise, is set to announce a renewed focus on job creation in the manufacturing sector today.

Mr Prisk will travel to the Midlands to reveal the Government's plans for the sector at a visit to Arrowsmith Engineering in Coventry, including a new Manufacturing Advisory Service.

With the abolition of Labour's regional development agencies under the Coalition, the agency will focus on national coverage.
