Twilight distributor to raise funds

Entertainment One, the film company which brought the popular Twilight movies to the UK, has unveiled plans to raise around £11.6m by issuing up to eight million new shares at a price of at least 145p apiece.

The company, which has also revealed that it was considering a range of small acquisitions, said the funds would go towards deal activity and other strategic manoeuvres.
