pounds 48m train order
NATIONAL EXPRESS unveiled a pounds 48m order for 20 new diesel trains for Central Trains. The rolling stock is due for delivery by June 2000.
The trains will be 100-mph Turbostar diesels to be built by Adtranz in Derby and leased through Porterbrook Leasing Company. National Express has 113 new trains on order worth about pounds 295m.
