Public Services Management Update: In praise of privatisation

The Republican mayor of Indianapolis is in Britain this week, speaking on developments in public service management worldwide. Stephen Goldsmith said Indianapolis had fewer employees per 100 citizens than any other city in the US and privatisation had led to improved quality and lower costs.
