Public Services Management Update: Recycling ideas

The National Recycling Forum has urged the Government to promote recycling by stimulating demand. It wants intervention to increase the cost of using virgin raw materials, preferential purchasing of products made from secondary materials, and tax allowances on investment and research into recycling products.
