A WOMAN who suffered a severe personality change after being hit on the head by a chandelier in the bedroom of a London hotel is claiming a six-figure sum in damages from Forte, the hotel's owners. Milka Ivanova was the deputy head housekeeper at the Hyde Park Hotel when the accident happened in July 1996.
