Judge outlaws Tube strikes
A HIGH COURT judge ordered the RMT union last night to call off planned strikes on London Underground over the new year. Mr Justice Sullivan made the order at the request of London Transport, saying there were "powerful arguments" that two strikes called for New Year's Eve and 3 January were unlawful.
