Talk of the Trade: Clinton's Strobe

Journalists seem to be rising in status. President Bill Clinton has appointed Strobe Talbott, a Russian affairs specialist and editor-at-large for Time magazine, to act as special adviser to Warren Christopher, the new Secretary of State.
