Murderer sues over bullying
A murderer is among eight former soldiers suing the Government over claims they were bullied in the Army. Adam Fury, 21, was jailed four months ago for life for killing Joanne Tregembo, 19, a former girlfriend.
Writs served on the Ministry of Defence allege that while he was in the Royal Welch Fusiliers he was bullied at Whittington Barracks, Staffordshire.
The murder trial heard that Fury lured Tregembo to his house in Swansea and killed her.
