31 July: By command of The Queen, Mr Jeremy Smith (Deputy Lieutenant of West Sussex) was present at Gatwick Airport, London, this morning upon the Departure of the Governor-General of Antigua and Barbuda and Lady Carlisle and bade farewell to Their Excellencies on behalf of Her Majesty.
