Gerry Adams: Sinn Féin leader to launch 'little book of tweets'
The book's price is currently advertised at £6.88
Gerry Adams is to release a book of his finest and strangest tweets.
The book, which is expected to be published by the end of January, will be called My Little Book of Tweets and will feature a selfie with a goat on the front cover, reports the Guardian.
The book will be available to buy on Sinn Féin’s bookstore website, which says the tweets included are chosen “by the man himself”, for £6.88.
Amidst the political posts promoting Sinn Féin policy and showcasing Adams at various political engagements, the 67-year-old’s Twitter page is often found to include slightly bizarre meanderings and on occasion channels his inner Gossip Girl by signing off ‘xoxo’.
Although the included tweets are not yet known, here are a roundup of some of the ones that might make the cut.
The book will also feature a few selfies. Perhaps he’s following in the footsteps of Kim Kardashian-West who released Selfish in 2015 – a collective and historical catalogue of her favourite selfies.
