Burial date set for Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson will be buried in a private ceremony on 29 August - the date he was due to celebrate his 51st birthday, a spokesman for his family said today.

The late King of Pop's final resting place will be the Great Mausoleum at Forest Lawn cemetery in Los Angles, spokesman Ken Sunshine confirmed.

Jackson died on 25 June at his rented property in Los Angeles. Investigators are working on the theory that the singer's heart stopped hours after he was given a heavy sedative to help him sleep.
