Lindsay Lohan living in fear of stalker

Lindsay Lohan claims she has a stalker who has threatened to kill her.

The troubled actress says she's living in fear of the unnamed man who has been trespassing on her property and has issued her death threats.

After posting a picture on her twitter page of the alleged stalker on the grounds of her home, which she has now taken down, Lindsay wrote: "This is the freemason stalker that has been threatening to kill me - while he is TRESPASSING!

"im actually scared now- the blood in the 'cults' book was too much.

"All my fans, my supporters, please stand by me. (sic)"

According to gossip website TMZ, Lindsay believes the man has been obsessed with her for nearly four years and frequently drops by her home to leave her weird gifts.

She also claims the man has been sending her "insane" text messages for the past few years and she is now set to take the matter to the police.

Meanwhile, Lindsay - who has been ordered to undertake three years probation, serve 120 days in jail, complete 40 hours of community service and undergo psychological counselling after taking a necklace from an upmarket boutique and breaching the terms of her 2007 probation - was allegedly out drinking over the weekend, where she reportedly grabbed the wrist of a fellow club goer trying to take a picture.

An eyewitness at Hollywood's Paul and Andre Nightclub said: "Lindsay appeared to be belligerently drunk. She and her people were doing shots of something all night. She looked like she was falling all over the place. She was being stupid."

According to RadarOnline.com, she then allegedly grabbed the camera owner's wrist, saying, "I need that camera", before one of her companions took the device and put it in cooler of ice.

However, no charges were pressed because everyone was intoxicated and they didn't realise the camera was destroyed because of water damage until after they left.
