Amy Winehouse’s husband Blake Fielder-Civil, has been sent back to prison after failing a routine drugs test.
Fielder-Civil was released from prison last month after serving just 12 months of his original 27-month sentence for inflicting grievous bodily harm and perverting the course of justice.
However, the 26-year-old now faces the prospect of being jailed until 2010 after breaking the terms of his early release which included attending a drug rehabilitation program.
According to reports in The Sun, Fielder-Civil immediately went on the run from the Live Works rehabilitation centre in Woking, Surrey after hearing the news of his failed test. It is believed he made his way to a London hospital where Winehouse is currently being treated, in order to ask for her forgiveness.
Winehouse is rumoured to have initiated divorce proceedings against Fielder-Civil, who has admitted responsibility for introducing the singer to heroin and crack cocaine abuse.
