Obituary: Frances R. Grant
Frances R. Grant, rights campaigner, died New York City 16 July, aged 96. Helped found the Nicholas Roerich Museum, in New York City, in 1923. Campaigned for human rights in Latin America, founding Pan American Women's Association in 1930 and the Inter-American Association for Democracy and Freedom in 1950; ran both until in her late eighties.
