Obituary: Harry Thomas Edwin Smith
Harry Thomas Edwin Smith, agriculturalist and teacher, died Hadleigh, Suffolk, aged 72. Appointed Principal of the Mananga Agricultural Management Centre in Swaziland by the Commonwealth Development Corporation in 1972, he was known for his commitment to the teaching of those management skills particular to students from developing countries. Also held positions at Reading University, the National Agricultural Advisory Service and the Yorkshire Agricultural Society.
