Piers Morgan dismissed as 'childish bully' for tweets asking what 'happened' to Madonna's face
HIs comments were not well received
Piers Morgan clearly didn’t learn from the example set by The Daily Mail on Friday after he shared a picture of Madonna with a caption asking: “What the hell’s happened to her face?”
The columnist and former Mirror editor mocked the singer’s appearance on Twitter after finding a picture of her wearing grills.
His “childish” comments came after The Mail, where Morgan is a columnist, incurred the wrath of its own readers with a piece asking what had “happened” to Stella McCartney’s face.
He then re-shared the picture alongside an image of the character Jaws from the James Bond series, claiming Madonna was his “twin”.
Morgan is known for provoking outrage and controversy in equal measure with his tweets. Those poking fun at Madonna's images were dismissed as “childish bullying” by users, with one suggesting his decision to examine her face was misogynistic.
Madonna has not commented on the image.
