This year’s list of best and worst celebrity names are in, and it would seem parents are leaning towards more conventional names.

Parenting advice website BabyCenter conducted a survey on 1,100 users, and found parents were partial to names that sounded like real people, such as Charlotte Elizabeth Diana, Atticus James or Isaiah Michael.

Names like Jagger Snow and Elsie Otter made it on the ‘worst’ list. Saint West, the name chosen by Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West for the latest addition to their family, was found to be the least popular name among those surveyed.

Here are the best and worst celebrity baby names, according to mums:

Best celebrity baby names

  • Charlotte Elizabeth Diana (Prince William and Duchess Catherine)
  • Chanel Nicole (Ice-T and Coco Austin)
  • Brooklyn Elisabeth (Nick and Vanessa Lachey)
  • Isaiah Michael (Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher)
  • Atticus James (Jennifer Love Hewitt and Brian Hallisay)

Worst celebrity baby names

  • Saint West (Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West)
  • Jagger Snow (Ashlee Simpson and Evan Ross)
  • Sailor Gene (Liv Tyler and David Gardner)
  • Bowie Ezio (Zoe Saldana and Marco Perego)
  • Elsie Otter (Zooey Deschanel and Jacob Pechenik)

BabyCenter Global editor-in-chief Linda Murray said in a press release: “Celebrities provide more access to their lives than ever before.

“As a result, moms feel more connected to them and free to pass judgement on their choices.

“This year’s survey shows moms prefer conventional names. A little quirkiness is OK but when celebs choose truly unique names that break new ground, moms give them the thumbs down.”
