Queen's awards caught on film

ROYAL INVESTITURES have been filmed for general release for the first time, in an attempt by Buckingham Palace to demystify the ceremony. Yesterday, remotely operated cameras captured the Queen bestowing honours on 120 people including the actress Julie Walters.
